The Affiliate programme gives you the possibility to place links on your site or homepage to our webshop and our products. You will receive a commission on all sales via your site. This doesn't just count for the linked product, but for all products that are purchased during a certain shopping session.

2 How does the Affiliate programme work exactly?
Via your own Affiliate Account you can choose the banners, buttons and/or text links you would like to use. All links you place on your site, contain a unique code. Each time a visitor shops via your site, it is registered via the Affiliate Programme and the commission will be calculated automatically

8 Who takes care of the order process and who is responsible for the customer service?
We (Productsfromhome.com) are fully responsible for the processing of the order. The only thing you have to do is to place the link on your site.

9 Would you accept my website?
Most sites are accepted in the programme. Every individual of at least 18 years old is allowed to fill out the registration form. However, we reserve the right to keep a site/individual from becoming a member or to end membership in case it consists of undesirable material. Like racial expressions, (child-) pornography and the promotion of violence.

10 What does it cost to become an Affiliate?
Nothing! Participation in the Affiliate programme is free. There are no costs for becoming an Affiliate and there is no minimal sales value. You are free to quit whenever you like.

11 How do I register?
First we kindly ask you to take notice of our Affiliate General Terms. When you accept these terms you can register immediately. You then receive an e-mail whether your registration has been accepted. You can then start immediately with building the links.

13 How are the sales and commissions registered?

14 How much money can I earn?
It is impossible to predict your earnings in the Affiliate programme. The commission depends on some factors like the number of visitors on your site, their interest in our assortment and your presentation. But if you sell some products on a regular basis via your site, your quarterly earnings might rise quickly.

15 How do I know how much I have already earned?
You can find your sales results in your Affiliate Account.

16 How much commission do I receive?
You will receive commission as soon as the visitor buys a product with us via your website.
Your commission is 5% based on the net sales, excluding V.A.T. and shipment costs.

17 What about V.A.T and other fiscal aspects?
The commission is calculated over the net sales value per quarter. With the net sales value is meant; the price of the sold and paid for products, excluding V.A.T. and shipment costs.

If you have a V.A.T. duty, 19% V.A.T. will be calculated over the net commission.

18 How often will I be paid out?
Payment will take place each quarter. Your commission is paid out when it amounts to more than €25,00. Commission that is less than € 25,00 is not paid out. In case the commission in a certain quarter is less than € 25,00 no payment will take place and the commission will be saved. The commission will be paid out in the quarter where the total commission is more than € 25,00.

19 What happens when products are returned?
If a user returns a product and wants his/her money back or when a payment is cancelled, the commission for this transaction will be settled with what is owed to you at that point in time..

20 How often can I see the sales results?
You can consult your sales results daily in your Affiliate Account. Due to the processing of the orders there is a possibility that there is a delay in the sales results of maximum two days.

21 How do you know that orders come in via my site?
All connections from your site to the www.holland-at-home.nl site contain a unique code, which makes it possible to make an exact calculation of your commission. It is therefore absolutely essential that you always use your Affiliate Account to create your links.
