Holland
at Home is an online supermarket
offering mainly Dutch food products. Additionally, Holland at
Home offers an extensive range of non-food products like
books, magazines and cooking equipment e.g. mini-pancake pans.
Only a small part of the Holland at Home assortment is in stock. The
majority of the products are ordered from our suppliers after
the
orders come in. As a result, the
products are fresh on the day of shipment. The processing
time of the orders is 2-4 working days.
Since
Holland at Home has customers in more than 200
countries, it is extremely important that no
damage occurs to the products along the way.
Holland at Home therefore cooperates with a professional
packing company that takes care of
the required protection of the products. In order to
maximise transport protection, air cushions and
foil are used to protect the ordered goods.
After the
products are securely packed, the parcels
receive a track & trace label and are handed
over to TNT Post (the Dutch national
postal operator). The parcel
can then be traced via their TRACK&TRACE website.
